BachataAmor was born in 2021 with a bold mission: to elevate Belgium’s presence in the global Bachata scene and create a space where talent, culture, and connection could thrive. What began as a passionate initiative by a small group of dancers quickly grew into one of Belgium’s most vibrant Bachata festivals.

From the very start, BachataAmor stood out by embracing both next-generation artists and established international talent. The festival introduced a refreshing blend of high-quality workshops, electrifying social dancing, and a uniquely welcoming, inclusive vibe — one that dancers of all levels could enjoy.

With two editions every year — in February and November — BachataAmor has become a cornerstone event for dancers across Europe and beyond. Each edition continues to evolve, offering diverse themes, innovative programming, and unforgettable performances.
